brake discs

Brake disc brake is a device that is used on modern vehicles. Brake works by clamping discs usually attached to the wheels of the vehicle, used to clamp the disc caliper piston-driven to push the brake shoes (brake pads) to the disc. Brake type is also used on trains, motorcycles, bicycles.

In car racing materials used are usually of ceramic to be more resistant to the heat generated during the braking process.
